Im Modul werden drei Modelle für eine Handlungsplanung in UK vorgestellt. Sie führen anhand eines ausgewählten Modells eine Handlungsplanung in UK durch. Während des Moduls arbeiten Sie intensiv an einem eigenen Praxisbeispiel und erstellen dafür eine umfassende schriftliche Dokumentation. Sie tauschen sich regelmäßig in einer Intervisionsgruppe aus und hospitieren sich gegenseitig in Ihrer Praxis.
