Ein Überblick über die Demenzstufen und die unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbilder. Daraus ableitend mögliche Hilfsmittel und Materialien, aus der Unterstützten Kommunikation (Handlungsorientierung, örtliche-, zeitliche Orientierung) und Methoden aus der systemischen Arbeit. Möglichkeiten einer Handlungssicherheit für den Unterstützerkreis im Umgang mit den betroffenen Personen.
